Spread kindness..

Performing a small act of kindness each day can have a positive impact on your mood and mental health. When you do something nice for someone else, it can give you a sense of purpose and satisfaction, and may even release endorphins that make you feel good.

Additionally, seeing the positive impact you have on others can create a sense of happiness and fulfillment that can help keep sadness at bay. So, try to make it a habit to do something kind for someone each day, and notice how it affects your own well-being.

So why not try to make someone’s day a little brighter by doing something nice for them? It could be as simple as holding the door open, offering a compliment, or sending a thoughtful message. Small gestures can go a long way in making both yourself and others feel happier and more fulfilled.

A negative mindset..

A negative mind is like a gravitational force, always pulling towards the negative in every situation. But just as a force can be countered with an equal and opposite force, we too can counter the negativity by choosing to see things differently and living positively.

It might take a little bit more effort, a little bit more practice, turned into a habit, but eventually, you’ll get there. We must consciously choose to view each situation from a different perspective, and cultivate a positive outlook on life. Only then can we break free from the chains of negativity and embrace a brighter future.

The journey towards healing..

The moment we acknowledge our pain and tend to it, we create the space for growth and transformation. Just as we attend to physical wounds with care, we must approach our emotional wounds with the same level of attention and nurturing. Only then can we begin to heal and find the path towards wholeness. #humanity # humanityliveson #youarenotalone

Kind reminders to fellow ‘dreamers’

It’s a sad reality that a significant number of individuals worldwide do not have the privilege to dream or pursue their aspirations. For a myriad of reasons, such as poverty, discrimination, or lack of education, these individuals are stripped of their basic human right to hope and imagine a better life for themselves.

In contrast, those of us who are fortunate enough to have the freedom to dream and the ability to turn those dreams into reality should recognize how blessed we truly are. We should appreciate our blessings and strive to be kind and compassionate towards others who may not have the same opportunities. In doing so, we can help create a world where everyone has an equal chance to pursue their dreams and live fulfilling lives. #youarenotalone #humanityliveson #humanity

Take a second to think deeply..

Can water in an instant, tear down a piece of rock let alone, mold it, shape it, dictate just exactly how its texture and outlook will appear? Not really, it would be impossible for the moment.

It is the same thing with our dreams, it is not that in the blink of an eye we can unravel them to become a reality, infact sometimes, when we think about them, we feel as though as a miracle is required to turn it into a possibility.

But the truth and the answer is symbolized in nature, in many ways, one of which shows us that if you want something really bad, then you just got to be yourself, and not just hope that your dream will turn into something real but act and will.

Our persistent efforts towards our dreams can shape and mold our reality into something truly remarkable. With patience and determination, we can transform the impossible into the achievable and turn our wildest aspirations into a beautiful reality.

Happiness, what is it about..

What is exactly is happiness and how can one define it, today many of us have it confused, should I say fused with a lot of other separate act all together, for example with success, with love, with wealth and so on. And to a certain extent, that can be okay, achievements, rewards and fulfillment are all but desires of which once attained, happiness can be felt. But are we to then fuse happiness to all of these together permanently?

In doing so, we sign up for quite a roller coaster ride as none of these things are constant in life, they have their ups and then they have their downs, which then has us put a โ€˜measureโ€™ on happiness, a sort of scale that can read from null to a full 100, and its consistent fluctuation see us undermine the value of happiness, let alone the wary of comparison taking its toll on all of our senses in our day to day.

It’s easy to get caught up in wanting more and chasing after what we don’t have, but true happiness lies in being grateful for the blessings we already possess. When you start by feeling content, you automatically transition to peace, and peace can bring lay down strong foundations from where happiness can be built and not broken down.

Take a moment to reflect on the good things in your life and express gratitude for them. It may surprise you how much joy and contentment you can find in doing so.

Our journey starts without our consent, but it’s up to us to decide how we navigate it, who we invite along for the ride, and what principles we live by.

These choices require attention, intention, and courage. It’s our responsibility to make them wisely and make them count. Although we didn’t choose to be here, we have the power to choose how we live, what we stand for, and how we treat others.

To live with kindness, contentment, humility, and humanity is a choice that requires daily attention and effort. Let us make the most of the life we’ve been given by living it with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world around us and for ourselves.

Perhaps we have stopped crying as often because we have grown accustomed to bottling up our emotions, but in doing so, we risk losing touch with our humanity and the power of vulnerability that allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.

Perhaps we have become too strong, too guarded, too accustomed to the weight of the world on our shoulders.

Less and less people break down into tears in this modern era, it is as though as its normal for one to be hurt, time and again, over and over in different situations at different moments in life, ‘we just gotta move on,’ so we no longer live by emotions, we choose to shut them down, maybe thatโ€™s why when we chase or run towards happy moments, they never tend to last as we are not accustomed to understanding the depth or purpose of a certain emotion clearly.

Crying is not a dead end or a sign on weakness, but a bridge that can lead us from the depths of sadness to the discovery of new possibilities. For in the midst of our tears, we can find clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose that propels us forward.

Let us not fear our tears, but embrace them as a transformative force in our lives. With each tear shed, we gain insight into our struggles and the courage to take the next step forward. Let us not fear our tears, but trust them as a guide towards healing and growth.
