Perhaps we have stopped crying as often because we have grown accustomed to bottling up our emotions, but in doing so, we risk losing touch with our humanity and the power of vulnerability that allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.
Perhaps we have become too strong, too guarded, too accustomed to the weight of the world on our shoulders.
Less and less people break down into tears in this modern era, it is as though as its normal for one to be hurt, time and again, over and over in different situations at different moments in life, ‘we just gotta move on,’ so we no longer live by emotions, we choose to shut them down, maybe that’s why when we chase or run towards happy moments, they never tend to last as we are not accustomed to understanding the depth or purpose of a certain emotion clearly.
Crying is not a dead end or a sign on weakness, but a bridge that can lead us from the depths of sadness to the discovery of new possibilities. For in the midst of our tears, we can find clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose that propels us forward.
Let us not fear our tears, but embrace them as a transformative force in our lives. With each tear shed, we gain insight into our struggles and the courage to take the next step forward. Let us not fear our tears, but trust them as a guide towards healing and growth.

Thought provocking post!

I’m not one of those people who cry a lot, but I do agree with your statement. Tears can be beneficial!
Great post, btw! 🙌

Thank you, this was a different approach towards letting people who are in tears know that it is okay to cry.. and not deject or refuse to endorse the emotion as part of being human.. 🙂 I’m glad you reasonate with it. Thanks – Cezane
