For a myriad of reasons, such as poverty, discrimination, or lack of education, these individuals are stripped of their basic human right to hope and imagine a better life for themselves.
In contrast, those of us who are fortunate enough to have the freedom to dream and the ability to turn those dreams into reality should recognize how blessed we truly are. We should appreciate our blessings and strive to be kind and compassionate towards others who may not have the same opportunities.
